Action Or No Action To Protect Threatened Turtle At Mojave National Preserve
The National Parks Service is seeking people’s help to save a threatened species of fish and turtle in the Mojave National Preserve. An environmental assessment for the restoration of wetlands habitat in the Mojave National Preserve has been completed. The main goal is to sustain, in the long run, the populations of a federally endangered fish and the threatened Western pond turtle (Emys marmorata).
